Breakfast- 1 c steel cut oatmeal w/ 2/3 c fresh strawberries
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 oz. string cheese 1 oz turkey breast
4 mac nuts and 3 1200mg fish oil gel tabs
Snack- 2 oz Savory chicken breast (candler cafe)
1 cup sugar snap-peas
3 stalks of broccoli
2 mac cookies (had to eat the cookie to get to the mac nuts!!)
Lunch- 4 oz fajita steak
1 cup black bean/fire roasted tomato salsa
1/2 cup green pepper and onion mix
1 red delicious apple
Snack- 2 oz turkey breast
1 large orange
16 peanuts
dinner (@ sand gnats game) 1 burger lettuce, tom, cheese, ketchup, bun
22 oz fat tire beer (one of my favs)
fries- stupid fries
Well hte whole day was great until we walked into the gnats game. burger wasn't too bad, but the fries made me feel sick. I really don't like wasting a cheat meal so early in the weekend, but i guess that will have to do. let me see how good i am at barb and paul's tonight eating the zone. my energy level is really high right now, and has been for about 2 weeks now. going into some rest days this weekend... after 8 workouts last week. thanks bob for killing me.
